What is Natta?

Natta is a high quality mobile content service where you can download your favorite products to your cell phones. It offers ringtones, wallpapers or screensavers.

How does this service work?

This is a subscription service where you can have the most recent mobile contents on your phone. It allows you to download the best ringtones,wallpapers,videos, games, and/or get access to our many text based services ( daily tips, horoscopes, love thermometer. It’s easy and fun and you have only to pay $9.99/month. And, if you want to cancel your subscription, you just have to send STOP hits to 23322 or contact our helpline on 1-800-331-3043 at any time. With this service, you will receive 20 credits/month with which you can access our many services. Credits breakdown is available in our Terms and Conditions. You must be at least sixteen years old or have bill payers’ permission.

How do I find a specific product?

Find it on our home page or you can enter the name of the artist or music in the search field at the top right of our pages. If you don’t get any results, confirm that the name is correctly written or try a new search using other keywords.

Can I listen to a ringtone before downloading it?

Yes. Just select your favorite ringtone and then click on the Play button. You can listen to the ringtone as much as you want before you purchase it.

How can I unsubscribe?

Just send a message with STOP to 23322.

I am not from USA. Can I get your ringtones anyway?

Not at the moment.

Can I download a product?

To download a ringtone, a wallpaper or a screensaver onto your mobile you should make sure that: 1) Your mobile phone model is compatible with the ringtone, wallpaper or screensaver (see Compatibility). 2) The GPRS on your mobile is correctly configured to access the internet and receive wap-push messages. For more information and details please contact your operator. Because of the specificities of each model, their respective instructions should be followed.

How do I download a ringtone, a wallpaper or a screensaver?

Step 1: Click on a content picture. Step 2: Insert your mobile number and operator. If the information is correct, we will send you a password to your mobile phone. Step 3: Enter the password we have sent you.

How long does it take to receive my request?

The response is usually instantaneous (about 10 seconds). However depending on your carrier's network traffic, your service area, and other factors, it may take longer.

How is this service charged?

The cost of the subscription is charged directly to your cell phone bill or deducted from your prepaid account.

I can't find the message with the link. Where is it?

Make sure your phone has wireless Internet and text messaging enabled and that you enter the correct phone number in the registering page. Depending on your phone and carrier, you may have to look also in your "Net Messages," or "Service Inbox," or "Browser Message Inbox," or "Push Inbox". If you need further instructions, contact your wireless carrier's customer service team.

I already received the message with the link. How do I download the content?

Open the message and click on the link. It will open a page where you will see "Here is your content. Click Here." Just select the "Click here" link. Depending on your carrier, you may need to go into Options and select "go" in order to "click" the link.

I can’t find my download. Where is it?

Make sure that you save the item to your phone and then check all the media folders on your phone. Another possibility is that your phone may not have enough memory to save a download. In this case, delete unused content.

How can I transfer my downloads to other phone?

Unfortunately, you will need to download them again if you change phones.

I received a ringtone, wallpaper or screensaver and did not save it. Can I order it again?

The responsibility of saving the ringtone, wallpaper or screensaver on the phone when you receive the message is entirely yours. You can always request the same content again but you will be using your credits.

Will my downloads expire?

No, they don't. Any product you download is yours to keep and will not expire. However, if you switch phones, you will not be able to transfer your downloads.

The product I downloaded is not the one I requested. What should I do?

Please contact us and our support team will answer you in a prompt manner.


Compatibility

Will it work on my phone?

Not all Products are compatible with all phone models. Go to Compatible mobile phones to see which products your phone model supports. You will also need wireless Internet.

Does my phone need to support wireless Internet?

Yes. If you're not certain whether your phone is Internet-enabled, please call your wireless carrier for more help.

I don't know my phone model name or number. What do I do?

Look at the box your phone came in or check the manual. If the phone box and manual aren't available, remove your battery to see the model number underneath. If you know your service provider and the brand of your phone, you can go to the “Compatible Mobile Phones” at … and find your mobile phone with a picture.

My phone model isn't on your list.
